Biltong is beef, vinegar and salt, hung to dry slowly in cool air. No smoke, no sugar, no hurry. It is a South African tradition roughly as old as the country's cattle trails, and it produces something closer to real food than anything that comes out of a jerky line.

Grass-fed beef, three simple ingredients, and time — then brought home to Canada. Rich in flavour, naturally high in protein, and free from artificial preservatives.
